  Note: Weddings are scheduled at the time of day which has both proper lighting for your photography and the most comfortable temperature for the time of year. The schedule is as follows: March through November weddings are in the cooler part of the day. Weddings without a beachside reception begin one hour before sunset and weddings that have the Add on the Beachside Reception listed below begin two hours before sunset. December through February weddings are scheduled in the warm part of the day which is between 11 AM and 3 PM for weddings without an Add On Reception and between 11 AM and 2 PM for weddings with the Add On Reception.
